Neil Kelly Company, a family-owned residential remodeling business, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Temporary BPI Certified Building Auditor and Building Envelope Specialist in its Seattle operations. This temporary position has the potential of converting to a regular position as work volume warrants. The Building Auditor will work with others in Neil Kelly’s Home Performance Division on residential audits and retrofits related to energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Must have completed certification and have at least 1 year on-the-job experience conducting tests and using analysis equipment. Two or more years of on-the-job experience and experience in residential building are a plus. HVAC experience also a plus. The successful candidate will enjoy teamwork, be well-spoken, flexible, enjoy creative problem solving, and be excited about working in the “green economy.” This person will have working experience with computer programs: Word, Excel, Project and Home Check. The Building Analyst provides own vehicle. This is a waged position with benefits.
